You will also find a convenient large laundry room on the main level.

Travel up our wide hardwood staircase, to our upstairs haven for rest with softly textured upholstered chairs adorning the hallway, 3 bright and airy bedrooms, and office/playroom loft, barring none - with views of the greenspace abound. At one end of the hall, the crimson guest bedroom celebrates a queen sized artisan bed with quaking aspen views. Neighboring, the upstairs bathroom highlights emerald colored jack and jill wash basins and a privacy door to enter the railroad style tub and wc. The childrens' bunkroom now contains a bunk bed (full mattress on bottom, twin on top) and a wooden full-sized crib for your littlest traveler. Just above our main living space is a bright loft style dedicated workspace with corner desk, printer, and task chair, or play space for your junior travelers. Finally, you will adore the master bedroom boasting high ceilings, a sumptuous night's rest and cozy armchairs for evening reading. The master bathroom contains both a steam shower and a pristine soaker tub with marvelous counter space and lighting - a perfect space to freshen up for your on the town occasions.  

Our garden level living area, perfect for movie nights, with bright windows and a vast sectional for the entire family to lounge is adjacent to our garden level bedroom with a supportive king sized wrought iron bed and ample natural lighting. The garden level ensuite bathroom contains an in-shower bathtub and plentiful counter space.

Other amenities include access to a large park connected to the property for kids to play or for you to relax in the grass, unobstructed views of the golf course and Mount Sopris, 2-car garage, and beautiful vegetation surrounding the home. Whether in town for a quiet escape with family or a tasteful retreat of friends and colleagues, the universal luxury comforts of our contemporary alpine home will allow you to find what you were looking for in your travels to the Roaring Fork Valley.



- There is a detached home also situated on this property that houses a long-term renter. He is rarely there and absolutely lovely. Guests' rarely see him as his space is located down the driveway offset from the garage.


- The HOA at River Valley Ranch allows short-term rentals but ONLY to single-family occupants. This means two adults, the children of the adults, and two other adult blood-related family members. If your group does not fit this description, please do not book this space.


- The HOA allows up to two cars visible in the driveway (two in garage and two in the driveway) and does not permit trailers, RV's, or commercial vehicles in any form.


- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.


- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.
