Your Valley Abode is set up for the whole family with child-friendly amenities including a crib, changing table, high chair, baby gate, and plenty of games and toys to entertain the whole family.

The open-concept living/dining area is the perfect place to watch a game or enjoy the fireplace while you dine. Store your outdoor gear in the garage or one of your many closets before entering the kitchen with views of your lush, private yard and the heart of River Valley Ranch. Everything you need to cook your fare is available in the large kitchen, which also includes a built-in desk, breakfast nook, and spacious island. The main floor also boasts the primary bedroom with king-sized bed, lounge chair, TV, and large bathroom including a soaking tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet.

Travel upstairs to cozy into your two queen-sized guest rooms with large windows and two bathrooms. The basement level is the perfect setup for any type of traveler: friends or a family. This spacious level boasts side-by-side king and queen-sized beds, crib, couch, bathroom, and enough toys to delight a kiddo of any age and even the adults. This open-sleeping/play area is the perfect place for the whole family.

PLEASE NOTE:

- This is a NON-SMOKING home. There is no smoking allowed inside or outside the premises. If smoking is detected, there is a $1,000 fine to professionally mitigate the damages. 

​

- The HOA allows up to two cars visible in the driveway and does not permit trailers or RVs in any form. 

​

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days and you will be billed an additional cleaning fee for each 14 day period you are at the home. For example: 15-28 night stay = cleaning fee x 2 / 40 night stay = cleaning fee x 3).
