We can offer up to 3 full-sized cribs to be set up for you for your stay for an additional charge.

Entertainment knows no bounds in this chalet. There are two media rooms in the home as well as televisions in each room, allowing for intimate settings as well as communal gatherings. The home is divided up into the following wings:

UPSTAIRS WING 2:

PLEASE NOTE:

- PET POLICY: We allow up to two well-behaved DOGS in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. There is a $1000 pet fee for every 7 nights at the home. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $5000 fine. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and please keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will lose your entire deposit.

- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service. If you would like regular housekeeping during your stay, we can arrange that for you at an additional charge after booking.

- We can provide you up to 3 full-sized cribs with mattress pads and crib sheets set up for your arrival for a rate of $100 per crib for your stay.

- This home cannot accept package shipments without a representative from our company present. It will cost $120 per visit to retrieve packages for you.

- The piano is locked and not able to be used.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
