UPSTAIRS: Your upstairs unit includes two bedrooms, one king-sized ensuite and one queen-sized bedroom with non-ensuite bathroom. - As stated in the listing, this home is sectioned into two entirely separate living areas that we offer as one unit. Upstairs is a 2 bed, 2 bath home and downstairs is a 2 bed, 1 bath home. There is NO INTERNAL ACCESS between these units, you will need to go outside and walk along a concrete staircase to access the other unit.

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will lose your entire deposit.

After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
