PLEASE NOTE:
- PET POLICY: We allow up to two well-behaved pets in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. We ask a $50 pet fee for every 7 nights at the space. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $500 fine. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and please keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!
- This space has 1 dedicated parking spot, street parking is also available.
- Please note there is no television in this space.
- There is absolutely no smoking inside or on the premises. There is an extensive fine for smoking.
- To enter this space you will need to walk through a yard shared with the attached veterinary clinic. There may be supervised dogs in the yard occasionally.
- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days and you will be billed an additional cleaning fee for each 14 day period you are at the home. For example: 15-28 night stay = cleaning fee x 2 / 40 night stay = cleaning fee x 3).
