Spacious, modern 2 bed, 2 bath first floor condo located in downtown Aspen directly on the Roaring Fork River. Relax knowing you are only 4 blocks to Aspen Mountain & all the luxuries that Aspen has to offer. Enjoy a year-around heated pool, hot tubs, & fitness center, plush mattresses & bedding, fully-equipped kitchen, & wood-burning fireplace. Our Tranquil condo can fit 4 comfortably between 2 bedrooms, but can also sleep 2 additional guests on the convertible living room twin-sized couches.

Tucked away on the east side of Aspen, this inviting space gives you the perfect jumping off point for all your Aspen adventures. The condo is divided into two sections: your bedrooms and bathrooms are on one side of the unit while your kitchen, dining, and living space is conveniently on the other. At the very end of the hall, the master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed with closet, dresser, TV, and ensuite bathroom. Spacious and modern, this room has beautiful natural light and enough space for a pack & play if needed. The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed that can be converted into two twins (upon request when booking) with a TV, dresser, and closet.

On the other side of the condo enjoy an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that can be partially-closed for privacy. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts an island and bar seating with ample cooking supplies and cutlery. There is a small dining room table that seats four. The living room features two convertible couches that can be used as twin-sized beds, a TV, and desk-space. Warm up after a day on the slopes or exploring the mountains in front of your wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided).

Château Roaring Fork offers unparalleled amenities including a large heated pool, multiple hot tubs, sauna (PLEASE NOTE the pool/spa boiler is being repaired 10/21-12/1 and this amenity will not be usable), newly-renovated fitness center, BBQ grills, and a ski locker. Steps away, on the opposite side of the complex, the beautiful Roaring Fork River flows past the building for you to enjoy. The local RFTA bus stops directly outside the condo building to take you all over the Roaring Fork Valley. This location is perfect as it offers you the peace and quiet of being on the East End of town, yet close enough to all the happenings of Aspen.

PLEASE NOTE:

​

- PETS: we allow up to 1 well-behaved pet upon approval and payment of $200 per 7 nights. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $1,000 fine. Pet cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated and does not bark), dispose of pet waste, and please keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!

 

- This space has 1 dedicated parking spot, additional parking is available upon request.

- There is absolutely no smoking in this unit or within 25 feet of the building.

- Cactus Vacations verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days and you will be billed an additional cleaning fee for each 14 day period you are at the home. For example: 15-28 night stay = cleaning fee x 2 / 40 night stay = cleaning fee x 3).
