As you walk through the front entryway across gorgeous stained concrete floors that turn into warm wood, you are lead into the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Your culinary delight awaits in the spacious kitchen with large wood-paneled fridge, six-burner stove, and eat-at counter/bar. As you cook, cast your eyes upwards towards a stunning view of the pasture leading to Mount Sopris from across the living room. Serve up your feast in the inviting dining room with a stunning picture window to bless your meal.

Travel through the connecting exterior door to the kitchen to access your spacious patio equipped with a built-in gas grill, patio lounge furniture, outdoor eat-at bar and dining table, and large gas fireplace at the far end. Illuminate your bistro lights as the sun sets to create an ambiance you'll remember for ages as you enjoy the company of your friends and family. The layout of this main floor is perfected with the master suite with a large sliding glass door to the patio and views of Mount Sopris beyond. Your brand-new king-sized bed with plush linens awaits. Connected to the bedroom is your master bathroom featuring beautiful tiling, a separate shower, and a spacious soaking tub and picture window. Also on the main level of the home is a dedicated laundry room, mud room, and powder bathroom.

Travel downstairs to find a perfect second relaxation space with lounge seating and Smart TV. Down the hallway you will find two queen-sized bedrooms and shared bathroom. Both upstairs and downstairs have multiple access points to the exterior of the home with surrounding lawn, driveway, and patios. This home is spacious enough for 6-guests to be comfortable and all have their own place to retreat.

You are a mere minute to Highway 133: the main access point to downtown Carbondale or the Crystal Valley (Redstone/Marble). Highway 133 brings you to the main jumping-off point to Glenwood Springs (25 minutes), Basalt (20 minutes), and Aspen/Snowmass (45 minutes). 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

- This home does not have window coverings due to the beautiful natural plaster walls that cannot be drilled into. We have provided a privacy shade for the sliding glass door from the master bedroom to the patio.

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking/vaping is detected at the property after your stay, you will be responsible for the entire bill for mitigating against the damages the smoke has caused including, but not limited to: deep cleaning of the home and professional ozone treatment.

- Please drive slow on the dirt road that leads to the home. The neighbors are very sensitive to the dust and speed.
