Take the kids to Triangle park only steps outside your door or stroll to one of the many green spaces within walking distance of the townhouse. With a large, open-concept kitchen/dining/living room and extensive living space upstairs, you'll love everything our modern, pup-friendly space has to offer. This townhome is in the perfect location to enjoy everything Carbondale offers and allows you to do it in style! 

Step through the entryway of this crisp, beautiful townhome and you'll be enveloped in clean design. Here you'll enjoy an open-concept and fully stocked kitchen with a large dining table and eat-at bar to commune with friends and family. On the other side of the room you'll find your cozy living room equipped with flatscreen smart TV, inviting gas fireplace, and snug appointments. Travel outside to find your private deck space with seating area and fenced yard for your pups to roam (backyard in the process of being landscaped). The garage can store one vehicle as well as your bikes and skis for exploring the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley.  

Travel upstairs to find your 3 perfectly decorated living spaces. On your right, enter your master bedroom with king-sized bed, smart TV, and large picture window overlooking the valley beyond Carbondale. The master bedroom also includes a large additional office: enjoy the views while you get a few vacation work hours in. Your large ensuite master bath boasts a spacious glass shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. 

Across the hall you'll find your two well-sized guest bedrooms and shared bathroom. One room offers a comfortable queen-sized bed while the other offers two twins. The bathroom provides a combined tub/shower. A brand-new front load washer and dryer is available for use upstairs as well. This space fits 6 guests perfectly so all are comfortable, whether you are traveling with friends or family! 

PLEASE NOTE: 

- PET POLICY: We allow up to two well-behaved pets in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. We ask a $75 pet fee for every 7 nights at the space. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $500 fine. Please follow these rules if your pet is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING/VAPING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will be responsible for the entire bill for mitigating against the damages the smoke has caused including, but not limited to: deep cleaning of the home and professional ozone treatment.
