Beautiful, modern, light-filled condo nestled in the Willits Town Center only steps away from Whole Foods and a myriad of fantastic Roaring Fork Valley restaurants. This open-concept second floor pied-à-terre is the perfect central location for any time of year. Whether you're enjoying Aspen's winter skiing, summer mountain exploration, or one of the many down-valley hiking and biking trails, you are 25 minutes to Glenwood Springs, 10 minutes to Carbondale, 5 minutes to Downtown Basalt, and 30 minutes to Aspen. The perfect place to be in the middle of it all! Kick up your feet in front of your gas fireplace as you watch the sun set behind the hillside outside your window, sip morning coffee on your terrace, or walk to the park or along one of the many trails right outside your doorstep. Our cozy condo is directly on the bus route for quick access up or down valley and great for a group of friends or family any time of year.

Step into your two bedroom, two bathroom, 1,000 square foot condo that is perfect for four but can sleep six on the pull-out living room couch. As you enter, a long, open hallway gives you access to your spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub/shower and dual vanities, your open-ceiling second bedroom, second bathroom, washer/dryer, and ample storage for your outdoor gear. Plush white bedding and towels welcome you day or night to cozy into the space.

At the end of your hallway you'll be greeted with floor-to-ceiling windows that introduce you to the beauty of Willits and the mountains beyond. High ceilings greet you throughout the entire condo with built-in lighting focused tastefully on artwork and focal points in the home. Enjoy your open-air kitchen as your friends or family relax in the living room in front of your gas fireplace and smart TV, or relax on your terrace and enjoy the beautiful weather situated above the bustle of the town below.

Jump on a bike and ride the Rio Grande Trail all the way to Aspen or Glenwood Springs, take the kids to the park down the street, or browse one of Willits boutique shops or spas. Walk out your door to the growing number of fabulous restaurants that Willits boasts. This space gives you all the amenities you need for a relaxing or adventurous stay in the perfect location to enjoy the entire Roaring Fork Valley from Glenwood Springs to Aspen. - We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days and you will be billed an additional cleaning fee for each 14 day period you are at the home. For example: 15-28 night stay = cleaning fee x 2 / 40 night stay = cleaning fee x 3).
 
- Pets are not allowed per HOA rules so we are unable to make exceptions.
