PLEASE NOTE: This property is separated into TWO completely separate residences, both with separate kitchens. To access the downstairs, you will need to travel outside along a concrete path to enter into the downstairs.

 

UPSTAIRS: Your upstairs unit includes two bedrooms, one king-sized ensuite and one queen-sized bedroom with non-ensuite bathroom. PLEASE NOTE:

 

- As stated in the listing, this home is sectioned into two entirely separate living areas that we offer as one unit. Upstairs is a 2 bed, 2 bath home and downstairs is a 2 bed, 1 bath home. There is NO INTERNAL ACCESS between these units, you will need to go outside and walk along a concrete staircase to access the other unit.

 

- There is absolutely no smoking inside or outside of this property due to the extreme fire danger in this area. If smoking is detected, there is a $1,000 fine to professionally mitigate the damages.

After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.

 

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days and you will be billed an additional cleaning fee for each 14 day period you are at the home. For example: 15-28 night stay = cleaning fee x 2 / 40 night stay = cleaning fee x 3).
