Your main floor includes a primary suite with king bed, expansive ensuite bathroom, and private porch outside large glass doors; large family room with gas fireplace; dining room; and large gourmet kitchen. Discover a culinary haven in the gourmet kitchen, where modernity and functionality intertwine. Equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and exquisite finishes, this space invites you to unleash your inner chef while soaking in the mesmerizing views. The open layout seamlessly connects the kitchen to the inviting living areas, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying quiet evenings by the fireplace. Step out of your dining/kitchen area to yet another porch looking out towards your hot tub and sprawling mountain views while you grill on your Oklahoma Joe's Pellet Grill.

 

The estate's thoughtful design extends to the spacious basement, offering an additional family room for relaxation and recreation. Unwind and create lasting memories in this versatile space that includes three bedrooms - one being a kid's bunk room - and newly-remodeled luxurious bathroom.

 

Travel up to the second story of the home for three additional bedrooms connected by an open-air breezeway with mountain views. One guest bedroom boasts a bed frame originally owned by Cher herself, a stunning piece of history. Two of the bedrooms are connected with a jack-and-jill bathroom, while the other in an ensuite. One bedroom has a private porch that looks out over the back yard and stunning Mount Sopris.

 

Multiple outdoor lounge areas beckon you to embrace the splendor of the surroundings. Indulge in leisurely gatherings or quiet contemplation on the carefully designed patios, each providing a distinct vantage point to soak in the panoramic beauty. PLEASE NOTE:

 

- There is a long-term renter that lives above the garage in a completely separate unit. There are no shared spaces with this tenant.

 

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will be responsible for the entire bill for mitigating against the damages the smoke has caused including, but not limited to: deep cleaning of the home and professional ozone treatment.

 

-This space has limited cell service but fast wifi connection. - Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.

 

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days and you will be billed an additional cleaning fee for each 14 day period you are at the home. For example: 15-28 night stay = cleaning fee x 2 / 40 night stay = cleaning fee x 3).

 

- By renting a space managed by Boutique Mountain Homes we are happy to offer you a 10% discount to beautiful Iron Mountain Hot Springs and Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park with the purchase of tickets online!
