Walk to Village Smithy, True Nature, Carbondale's cozy restaurants, & the bike path right from your doorstep!

Open your french doors to the town of Carbondale - this open-air apartment feels like the perfect place for two but can sleep three on a comfy fold-down couch. This open-concept apartment with a king-sized private sleeping nook boasts a full kitchen to cook or grill your fare while you feel the mountain breeze flow through your space. Enjoy meals inside by the fire or outside on your spacious deck (with BBQ grill) perched directly overlooking Carbondale's Main Street. Your beautiful bathroom sits down the hallway with a washer/dryer and storage area for your belongings. On the other side of your studio you'll find your sitting/living area and dining space. A luxurious king-sized bed is tucked behind the sitting area to give you privacy. You'll love opening the large french doors for an inside/outside feel and to invite the outside air in during your stay. 

 

Stroll from your doorstep to of all the charm of downtown Carbondale - this studio makes you feel like you're in the middle of it all while also tucked inside a private, modern roost. This pied-à-terre is the perfect space for you to hang your hat and enjoy the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond.

- This space has 1 dedicated parking spot, street parking is also available. 

- There is absolutely no smoking inside or on the premises. There is an extensive fine for smoking. 

- To enter this space you will need to walk through a yard shared with the attached veterinary clinic. There may be supervised dogs in the yard occasionally.

PET POLICY: We allow up to two well-behaved pets in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. We ask a $75 pet fee for every 7 nights at the space. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $500 fine. Please follow these rules if your pet is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!
