Highlighting beautiful pieces of art at every step, this exquisite mountain home embodies warmth and comfort in every room. Enter into the home and travel upstairs to reach the main living area. Enjoy a spacious kitchen with double ovens, wine fridge, and gas range; spacious island with ample seating; and bar area. Uncork the bottle you've been saving for a special occasion in the wine room adjacent to the kitchen before traveling into the living room to sit in front of your fireplace fringed with expansive windows and wrap-around deck. Enjoy the sun as it moves across the home, brightening every corner of this stunning architecturally-designed retreat. The dining area opens up to your large outdoor patio for an indoor/outdoor summertime dining experience for the whole family. On the opposite side of the main level you have your primary suite with office area, gas fireplace, king-sized bed with plush linens, ensuite bathroom with steam shower and Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in closet, and private patio.

 

Travel back downstairs to the entrance/ground level of the home to find your two queen-sized bedrooms with connected jack-and-jill bathroom, your third king-sized guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom (also accessible to the hallway), additional living area, kitchenette, laundry room, game table, and access to the garage. The large sectional sofa in the living area opens up to form two comfortable twin-sized sofa beds in front of a gas fireplace.

 

The exterior of the home is a curated focal point of the home. Cozied up to the hillside, your private expanse of nature's paradise awaits. Enjoy a large deck with seating area, lighted pergola, waterfall, summertime blooms, wildlife grazing, grassy lawn overlooking the valley, and perennial garden. There is no lack of outdoor space to relax and enjoy this beautiful mid-valley setting. Enjoy access to the Cerise Ranch clubhouse boasting a pool, 4-acre private lake, gazebo, play structure for the kids, and access to Blue Creek & waterways.

 

PLEASE NOTE: - This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking/vaping is detected at the property after your stay, you will be responsible for the entire bill for mitigating against the damages the smoke has caused including, but not limited to: deep cleaning of the home and professional ozone treatment.

- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.

 

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days and you will be billed an additional cleaning fee for each 14 day period you are at the home. For example: 15-28 night stay = cleaning fee x 2 / 40 night stay = cleaning fee x 3). If you should need additional housekeeping during your stay we are happy to arrange that at an additional cost.
